Gurkha Trailblazer 2020 to be held on October 10 this year.

Coronavirus Disease (COVID-19) is an infectious disease caused by severe acute respiratory syndrome coronavirus 2 (SARS-CoV-2). It was first identified in December 2019 in Wuhan, China, and has since spread globally, resulting in an ongoing pandemican. As of 13 May 2020, more than 4.26 million cases have been reported across 187 countries and territories, resulting in more than 291,000 deaths.

More than 1.49 million people have recovered.

Early this year HK Govt. had issued rules for social distancing and public gatherings, due to which many races had to be postpone and reschedule. Gurkha Trailblazer 2020 is one of them. But now as things are getting better locally, it is back on track and will be held on 10th of October, Saturday.

The Organizers of Gurkha Trailblazer 2020 said, "As there has been three weeks of no local infection, we are now seeing things returning to some level of normality and our application to reschedule this year's Gurkha Trailblazer has been given greenlight by the AFCD. Therefore, we are delighted to announce that QNET Gurkha Trailblazer 2020 will be held on Saturday, 10th October"
